I am a big fan of the colors that are being used. This idea would translate well onto a t-shirt but probably not to much more. The text that was chosen was a good choice due to its ability to adapt to the youthful feel of the condoms.
I want to see what your text would look like if they were the same color as the condoms. Are you going to vectorize the condoms to have few solid colors? Because I think it is hard to get a lot of details in depicting 3-Dimensional objects. Also, maybe space between the letters to be more equal.
The shapes, colors, and alignment brings candy to my made instantly. The colors are very attractive and directly you straight down to "SAFE IS SEXY" The text is kinda nice as it seems bouncy like the condoms but I would search for more styles of text.
I like this idea the most, text could definitely be played around with but no two people are going to have the same opinions on that. With text/font choices there are really two main factors/schools of thought, readability/legibility VS aesthetics/the font "being" or "saying" the word. Theres definitely a very "swingin' 60s" retro vibe I get from that font, the spacing as Tommy said may best be set to a bit further apart, to help readability.
